SnoClip III

An important component in ColorGard snow retention systems, the SnoClip is designed to prevent ice that forms on the metal panel’s surface from sliding under the ColorGard assembly. Usually only required on the bottom row of ColorGard, the SnoClip features a rubber foot that prevents scratching or damage to the roof panels surface. The SnoClip must be slipped onto the ColorGard un-punched and prepunched crossmember during assembly. One (1) SnoClip is recommended per panel. SnoClip III fits roof panels with rib (seam) heights from 1-3/4″ to 3″. For panels less than 1-3/4″, use SnoClip II. IMPORTANT: While most applications will require a single row of snow retention with an S-5! clamp on every panel seam, we always recommend you contact us with your project information and allow to us to perform the calculations necessary to ensure a permanent snow retention system.
