UPS has announced that due to an expected increase in online holiday shopping activity due to COVID-19, all UPS customers can expect as much as 2-3 additional days of transit time for all ground orders. This will vary based on the delivery location and traffic at the time of shipment.

In addition, UPS will not guarantee Next Day Air, 2-Day Air and 3-Day Select shipments to be delivered within the advertised time frame, and will not issue any full or partial refund for any delivery not made within those time frames.

Please note that FedEX has made a virtually identical statement regarding their services worldwide.

Additionally, we have been informed that LTL freight shipment customers will can also expect that deliveries will take several additional days.
