Shipping

Please review our Terms and Conditions for Complete information about shipping.

Here are a few important things to know:

What you can expect from us:

We will always package and prepare your items for shipping as soon as possible, and will have them ready to pickup by the carrier. Generally this is within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order. If your order is time critical, please contact us prior to placing your order. Note that shipments require transport by freight carrier generally have a longer lead time. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address.

Expedited Shipping:

If you select and expedited shipping method (Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select) we will do our best to make sure the product ships the same day as ordered, however please note that expedited orders placed after 1:00pm eastern time will not ship until the next business day.

Note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days, so an order placed on a Friday afternoon after the 1:00 cutoff will likely not ship until Monday. Any expedited order placed over the weekend will not ship until Monday.

What is our out of our Control:

We do not have control over the actual time in transit.

Note that if you selected an expedited shipping service, UPS has reinstated its service guarantee for Next Day Air shipments only. 2nd Day Air, 3Day Select and Ground shipping have no service guarantee.

Freight Shipping

Freight shipping continues to experience service delays. There simply are not enough available trucks and drivers to handle all of the freight being transported, so please expect that there will be service delays.

Note that, unless otherwise quoted, all freight shipments, including those placed online, do not include unloading services or liftgate services.

We (and LTL carriers) do not offer “piggy-back” forklift delivery, and liftgate delivery is generally limited by the size and weight of the materials being shipped.

In all cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide a means to unload at time of delivery. In most cases a forklift will be required to unload large and heavy crates/pallets.

IMPORTANT – DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

To protect your rights in the unfortunate event that your shipment is damaged by the freight carrier, the following steps must be followed to ensure that the damaged materials will be replaced by the freight company.

1. VISIBLE DAMAGE: Any visible damage MUST be documented on the delivery receipt and signed off by the delivery driver at the time of delivery.

2. CONCEALED DAMAGE: Freight companies have a 24 hour window from the time freight is received to report/claim “concealed/unseen damage”. You must open and inspect the entirety of the contents of your shipment immediately upon receipt. If  any hidden damage to the contents is discovered, it must be documented and photographed, then reported to us as quickly as possible so we can file the claim within the 24 hour window. You will not be able to make any claim for damages if you do not provide us with the required information with enough notice to allow us to file a claim within the 24 hour window.
